Recently renovated to the highest standard, this luxurious home has been thoughtfully designed to create a peaceful, stylish sanctuary for guests seeking the ultimate seaside escape.

Leave the car behind – everything you need is within easy walking distance. Stroll along the sand or the harbour path for your morning coffee, local groceries, or a relaxed meal out. Step straight from your door onto the beach or launch your paddleboard into the calm waters – coastal living really doesn’t get more effortless than this.

Inside, the ground floor offers open-plan living with sweeping sea views – the perfect setting for entertaining family or friends. Upstairs, you’ll find four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each with stunning vistas over either Poole Harbour or the golden sands of Sandbanks.

The highlight of Samphire Sands is the showstopping Vista Lounge, perched at the top of a spiral staircase on the second floor. This unique space boasts panoramic dual-aspect views – from the Isle of Wight and Old Harry Rocks to Brownsea Island – making it the perfect place to watch both sunrise and sunset in complete serenity.

A small, well-behaved dog is welcome on request.

The ground floor entrance leads to

The Open Plan Living and Dining Space with dual aspect views with console table, window seating area, two seater sofa. The living space offers sofa seating for eight guests, large wall mounted Smart TV with Sonos soundbar, coffee and side tables and tri-fold door to the beach side terrace.

The dining area has a large table seating up to ten guests, a desk, shelving unit with box games and a patio door to the beach side terrace

Kitchen – fitted with a hob, oven/grill, combination microwave, fridge freezer, separate larder fridge and freezer and dishwasher. There is also a kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and juicer. The lovely breakfast bar with stool seating under the window is a lovely spot to enjoy the harbour views

Utility Room – with fitted units and sink, washer and tumble dryer

Cloakroom – with basin and W/C

First Floor 

Master Sea View Ensuite Bedroom – with superking bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, hairdryer and straightener, hanging space for clothes and wall mounted TV. The ensuite has a large walk in shower, basin, W/C and heated towel rail

Harbour View Ensuite Bedroom – with king size bed, bedside tables, hairdryer and straightener, wardrobe and wall mounted TV. The ensuite has a large shower cubicle, basin, W/C and heated towel rail

King Sea View Bedroom – with king bed (or twin on request), bedside tables, hairdryer and straightener, small wardrobe and vanity area and wall mounted TV

Twin Harbour View Bedroom – with twin beds (or king on request), bedside table, dressing table/desk with stool, hairdryer and straightener, hanging space for clothes and wall mounted TV

Family Bathroom – Bath with handheld shower over, large shower cubicle, basin, W/C and heated towel rail

There is a book corner on the landing with books available for use

Second Floor 

The Vista Lounge  – with sofa seating, coffee table, large Smart TV, X-Box with some games available, Sonos sound bar, drinks bar and mini fridge. The dual aspect patio doors lead to a harbour terrace on one side and a beach terrace. On the beach side is a lovely table and chairs to enjoy alfresco dining and on the harbourside, there is comfortable sofa seating, the perfect spot for a sunset cocktail at the end of a busy day on the beach


To the rear of the house is a private terrace area with a corner sofa and coffee table, 4 sun lounges, parasol, additional sofa and armchairs. The terrace leads directly to the beach via steps and a gateway

There is parking for two cars to the front of the property on the private driveway. The garage is not available for use.
