Entrance with small covered porch into dining room with table to seat 6 and large feature fireplace (wood burner not in use).
5 steps up to kitchen with glass panoramic roof, built in oven and grill, fridge and freezer, electric hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave. Utility cupboard with washing machine and tumble dryer. Door leads to garden.
Downstairs shower room with WC, basin and heated towel rail.
Lounge with feature fire place (fire not in use), sofa, 2 armchairs, Smart TV with DVD and Sky.
Open tread staircase to 1st floor:
Bedroom 2 with 2 single beds (3ft) and built in wardrobes.
Bedroom 1 with king size bed (5ft), TV and large storage cupboard with shelves.
Family Bathroom with bath and shower attachment, basin, WC and heated towel rail.
Please note: Due to the nature of the cottage the ceiling heights and doorways are low.
There is a large lawned garden to the side with picket fence (not fully dog proof) and a patio with table and chairs. A further picnic bench is situated at the front of property.
Parking for one car in designated parking space.
For the parking of a second car, free on-road parking can be found in and around the village. Alternatively there is parking available in the Village Hall Car Park (around 175 yards from the cottage), at a cost of £20 per week, payable at the farm opposite the cottage. There may be the occasional event at the village hall when parking is slightly more limited but even then spaces usually still always available.
- Included: Bed linen and towels provided (guests must provide their own beach towels). Electricity. Heating by electric thermostatically controlled radiators.
- Pets: 1 dog welcome (Pet charge £30 per week).
- Telephone: No telephone at the property. Mobile reception generally poor but Wi-Fi calling available.
- Wifi: Available free of charge.
- Local facilities: Village shop, several pubs/restaurants in Hope Cove within 900m walk (along country lane). Nearest town is Kingsbridge with supermarkets, shops, pubs, cinema and other amenities within 4 miles.
