The large balcony offers stunning views and stretches across the lounge and dining area and the kitchen area. In front the kitchen space there is comfortable seating with a table. There is also chairs and a small table in front of the lounge area to sit and enjoy the waterside location.


There are two parking spaces. Please note that one of the spaces has a maximum clearance of 6'4".
