A world-renowned spot for fossil hunting, Lyme Regis also sits along the scenic South West Coast Path, offering fantastic hiking and walking opportunities. Its sheltered, south-facing beaches are perfect for families and water sports enthusiasts, while Cobb Harbour provides excellent fishing and leisure boat trips.

Lounge with sofa, futon sofa, TV with Smart function via Now TV stick (own subscription required), DVD player, electric wall fire and Sea Views. There is a step up to the lounge area to enjoy the Sea Views.

There is an external landing with a small sitting area, which catches the evening sun. However, this is not private and is a communal passing area for the apartment above and the flat next door.
