The dining table seats up to eight guests and the lounge area has sofa and armchair seating, occasional tables, a large woodburning stove and a large Sky Glass TV. The patio doors open up onto the private patio with loungers, bench seating and outside dining table with garden fireplace

From the drive area, the pathway leads up to the house through the front garden area with mature pine trees.
To the rear of the house, there is a private patio area with a selection of deck chairs and sun loungers and outdoor dining for eight an open fireplace, gas and charcoal BBQ. The garden is part lawned and part sand dune with a gate leading directly to the beach.
There is a private driveway to the front of the property for up to three cars and one in the garage.
