Now reimagined by the next generation of the family, the house has been sensitively transformed for contemporary living, combining high-end comfort with the enduring charm and practicality of a true beach house.

Designed with sustainability in mind, the home features eco-conscious technology including solar panels and efficient energy systems. A clever sliding door system allows the main living space to fully open in both directions, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor experience and inviting the coastal air and light to flow throughout.

Open Plan kitchen, dining and lounge  

With panoramic views of both the harbour on one side and the beach on the other, this wonderful space includes the kitchen with double ovens, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and breakfast bar. There is also a microwave, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

The dining area has a large oval table to seat up to 8 guests and patio doors to a spacious balcony with table and chairs which overlooks the harbour

The lounge area has a large L-Shaped sofa, lounge chair, foot stool, wall mounted TV and patio doors to a spacious balcony with table and chairs overlooks the beach

Second Floor  

Master bedroom 1  – King En suite with harbour view – with fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, free standing bath and patio doors leading onto the balcony with harbour views. The ensuite shower room has a shower cubicle, heated towel rail, basin and W/C

Bedroom 2 – Double with Sea View – with bedside table, fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading onto the balcony overlooking the beach

Family Bathroom – with bath and handheld shower over, twin heated towel rails, basin and W/C

Third Floor 

Office Area – with desk, bookshelves and an easy chair. Leading into:

Bedroom 3 – King Ensuite with harbour View – bedside table, chest of drawers, small wardrobe, window with view of the harbour. The en suite shower room has a walk in shower, heated towel rail, basin and W/C


Direct access on to the Blue Flag beach from the rear of the house via a split-level terrace area (steps up and down) Charcoal BBQ and seating


On the driveway to the front of the house for up to 4 cars. Garage available for storage of bikes and beach equipment only (no vehicle access)
