Overlooking the front of the house this lovely cosy room has a wood burning fireplace, large TV, and sofa seating.

Cinema room

Also located at the front of the house, this is the perfect place to relax and unwind with comfy sofa seating and a high-tech cinema system.

Open plan kitchen, dining room / breakfast room

This large open plan area offers a wonderful social hub for your guests to spend time together and is a superb entertainment space.

The kitchen – overlooks the garden to the rear of the house. It is vibrant and well stocked with fully integrated appliances, wine chiller and American style fridge freezer. There is also a hidden pop-up plug useful for charging electronic devices on the kitchen island. The breakfast bar island also houses a large hob and extractor as well as stool seating around for 5 guests. Double doors from here can also open into the sophisticated sitting room.

The dining area – also overlooks the garden to the rear and seats up to 10 guests. The perfect spot for social gatherings.

Utility rooms – Benefitting from a utility/laundry room on both the ground and second floors with washing machine, tumble dryer and sink.

Downstairs cloakroom – with basin and W/C.

First Floor 

Master super king bedroom with en suite – overlooking the front of the house the master-bedroom suite is a thing of absolute beauty and would not look out of place in a high-end boutique hotel, with super king-size bed, luxe decor and a walk-in wardrobe/dressing room that is a haven in itself – complete with desk and seating area. The en suite has a very luxurious feel with a large walk-in shower and twin basins, heated towel rail and W/C.

Double bedroom – At the rear of the house with a window onto the side wooded aspect with double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The bi-folding doors enable guests to make the most of the outdoor space, including the private tranquil garden area and enticing covered hot tub. There is also an outdoor dining table and chairs and a BBQ.
